1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website ikantik.com and/or engaging our services (including Website Development, Meta Ads Management, SEO Optimization, and Branding), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access our website or engage our services.

2. Services Offered

IKANTIK provides custom design, engineering, and digital growth marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any service will be detailed in a separate, written **Service Agreement** or **Project Proposal** mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.

• Custom Web Development: Includes UI/UX design, custom development, and hosting deployment support.
• Growth Marketing (Meta Ads): Advertising campaigns designed to generate leads and sales. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the client.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Organic ranking optimization strategies. Note that search rankings cannot be mathematically guaranteed due to ongoing search engine algorithm changes.

3. Payment Terms and Project Deliveries

All payment terms, milestones, and billing cycles are agreed upon prior to project initiation. Typically:

• Web Development projects require an advance deposit before work begins, with milestone payments during the project duration.
• Marketing services (Meta Ads, SEO) are billed on a recurring monthly retainer model, payable in advance of the service month.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of active services or development milestones.

4. Intellectual Property

We believe in full transparency and fair ownership:

• Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials, logos, content, and brand assets provided to us for use in the project.
• Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of the custom codebase and visual assets developed specifically for you will be fully transferred to you.
• Agency Portfolio: We reserve the right to display the completed work, project metrics, and case studies on our website and marketing channels as part of our agency portfolio.

5. Client Cooperation

Timely and successful project completion depends highly on your cooperation. You agree to provide required content, feedback, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in feedback exceeding 15 business days may lead to adjustments in delivery timelines or project rescheduling fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKANTIK shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), arising from your use of our services, website downtime, ad campaign performance, or search engine algorithm updates.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Surat, Gujarat, India**, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat.
